Do you have an example of innovative learning and teaching practice that you want to share with colleagues? Do you want the chance to see what others are doing with their learning and teaching practice? Do you want the opportunity to discuss current issues in the Scottish HE sector and feed this information in to the GEES Subject Centre's upcoming plans for 2009- 2012? This meeting will provide the opportunity for all of these things, along with lunch- always essential for networking!

10.30- 11.00 Introduction, update and discussion of GEES Subject Centre activities

11.30- 12.00 The SPARQS/GEES SC pilot project: development of student focus groups

12.00- 12.30 Discussion: how can the GEES Subject Centre best work with the Scottish GEES community? A chance to input into GEES SC plans for 2009-2012.

12.30- 1.30 Lunch

1.30- 3.30 GEES Swapshop: a chance to share your practice in learning and teaching

3.30- End and coffee/tea
