GEES 11: Teaching and Learning for GEES Students
30th June - 1st July 2011, Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham
This event brings together presentations on teaching and learning for GEES students. The two day event will also feature presentations and workshops to help the GEES communities’ transition to the new Higher Education Academy structure. Outcomes from the recent GEES Subject Centre Open Educational Resources projects, along with a number of other themed strands, will be presented.
The GEES disciplines have a strong track record in providing diverse, active and relevant activities to engage and enthuse students. This event is an opportunity to share practice and approaches, and to discuss strategies for enhancing the student experience.
