Employability in Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences
The enhancement of graduate employability has become a key issue in higher education due to the rapid expansion of the sector, the widening participation agenda, the rise of knowledge-based economies, increasingly competitive labour markets, and the transformed and diversified nature of graduates' work.
These web pages provide links to resources and activities on the main aspects of employability as they relate to the GEES subjects including key skills, work-based learning, career development, personal development planning (PDP), entrepreneurship / enterprise, corporate & social responsibility and ethics.
